Cancellations & Salon Policies

Due to the nature of our schedule and the demand for appointments, we operate with a strict policy and charge a 50% fee if you do not attend or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice. If booked in person or by phone, a payment link will be sent to you after booking. For ALL online bookings, we require a 50% non-refundable booking fee upfront.

Patch Testing

Some treatments may require a patch test 48 hours before your appointment to ensure your safety and compliance with industry standards. Please check with us when booking if this applies to your treatment.
